About My Husband, John
I’m writing to you not just as the wife of a candidate, but as someone who knows firsthand the kind of man John Pesek truly is — a devoted husband, a loving father, and a person of deep integrity.
You may know John as the Senior Staff Attorney for Rogers Arkansas, a law professor teaching State and Local Government courses to law students, or a lifelong resident of Arkansas. I know him as the steady, kind-hearted man who holds our family together — someone guided every day by his honesty, humility, and strong sense of doing what’s right.
John is the same person at home that he is in public: he's grounded, respectful, and committed to doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.
John is a proud native of Rogers, a graduate of Rogers High School and the University of Arkansas School of Law.
His roots run deep in our community — most of his family still lives here, and he's never stopped giving back to the place that shaped him.

We were married last year after three years together, and it’s been a joy to watch John embrace the role of dad to my two sons after being a devoted girl dad for the past 12 years. He’s the proud dad of Lucy (12), a passionate performer who sings in her junior high’s advanced choir and loves participating in community theater productions, and Rosie (10), a budding artist and avid pickleball player with an infectious spirit. He’s also a loving and steady presence for Dean (18), who just graduated with high honors from Bentonville High School and will attend the University of Arkansas in the fall. Dean is serving as the youth campaign leader for John’s election. Gavin (14) plays football at Bentonville High School, and when he’s not on the field, he and John can often be found tossing a basketball together in the driveway. John never misses a chance to cheer him on from the sidelines.
John devotes nearly all of his time outside of work to our family. He’s also an avid runner who trains year-round and competes in marathons and other local races, always pushing himself to improve, both physically and personally.
Professionally, I work as a nonprofit marketing manager at PwC, where I help support charitable giving and community impact across the U.S. Before that, I was a marketing manager for a law firm, and after graduating from the University of Arkansas, I spent several years working in Central Arkansas before moving back to Northwest Arkansas in 2021 — and I’ve never felt more at home.
To John, being a judge isn’t about power or recognition — it’s about service. It’s about listening, staying true to the law, and treating every person with fairness and respect. He doesn’t see himself as the hero in the courtroom. He believes the law should lead the way, and that everyone who enters a courtroom deserves dignity and equal treatment.
John’s legal experience is extensive, but what truly sets him apart is his character. He gives generously of his time to support and educate others, especially through his work teaching at the University of Arkansas School of Law. Whether he’s mentoring future attorneys or quietly helping others behind the scenes, John approaches every role with humility, sincerity, and a deep commitment to serving his community.
I hope you’ll join me in voting for John Pesek for Circuit Judge, Division Five, on March 3, 2026. He will bring the same integrity, compassion, and fairness to the bench that he brings to every part of his life.
